  • Adopt clarity, consistency, timeliness, and additional communication principles in your day-to-day workplace interactions 
  • Identify the key steps of the communication process, from developing and explaining an idea to providing or receiving feedback

  • Ask for feedback with clarity 
  • Get actionable solutions to your questions and communication challenges 
  • Figure out what to say and the best way to say it  
  • Create a strong connection when face-to-face communication is missing 

In this module, you will learn how to: 

  • Distinguish valuable communication from small talk  
  • Recognise and leverage your role in the communication structure and hierarchy of your organisation 
  • Identify internal and external factors that impact the effectiveness of your communication  
  • Establish and manage channels for feedback  
  • Communicate nondefensively while explaining your points or ideas
