Prepare to achieve your AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner certifications with this training course. As a certified AgilePM Practitioner, you will possess a deep knowledge of the Agile project management methodology, and demonstrate skills for developing solutions incrementally, enabling teams to handle changing requirements effectively, improving team collaboration, and empowering individuals.

  • Prepare for the AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner certification exams
  • Establish and lead a successful Agile project with the methodology developed by the Agile Business Consortium

  • Apply Agile techniques, such as modelling, prioritising, timeboxing, user stories, and estimating

Important Course Information

Recommended Experience:

  • Familiarity with project work, either as a project manager or role closely involved in the execution of a project.
  • This course is not designed to teach people how to be a project manager, it is intended to give structure to those who are already knowledgeable about project work.

  • This course is accredited by APMG.

Course Preparation:

  • There are a few hours of pre-course reading required.
  • On evenings 1, 3 and 4 there will be some sample exam questions set as homework. It is important to set aside some time to complete this extra work - candidates who are able to complete both the pre-reading and the homework achieve significantly better exam results.

Exam Information:

  • The Foundation and Practitioner exams will be administered during class.
  • Foundation exam: 40 minutes, 50 multiple-choice questions, passing score is 50%, closed book
  • Practitioner exam: 2.5 hours, 4 objective questions (20 possible points per question), passing score is 50%, open book (AgilePM® Handbook)
