Prerequisites

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe 4 Agilist (SA) certification exam

  • 5+ years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
  • Experience in Scrum

If you wouldn't consider yourself fluent in Agile Fundamentals, Learning Tree highly encourages a foundational training or workshop in advance of Leading SAFe, as it can be too much to absorb otherwise. Learning Tree can come onsite to train your leadership team in a short day on the Essentials of SAFe. If you'd prefer a single enrollment in a public event, consider Agile Adoption for Managers (Course 4590) or Introduction to Scrum (Course 4591).
