Kanban provides an alternative path toward evolutionary change, starting with what you already have, as opposed to other change management approaches that prove difficult for the organization to adopt and migrate to. In this course, you go beyond the principles of Kanban to see how it helps individuals, teams and organizations balance workloads, visualize work and improve the delivery of quality products.

Your Kanban training opportunities:

  • Course 3650, Smoothing Development Workflow: An Introduction to Kanban, is a one-day introduction to Kanban, and qualifies for the Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) Certificate from Lean Kanban University (LKU). This course should be attended by anyone who will be participating on an Agile project using Kanban, or determining whether this practice would improve their project management.

  • Course 3651, Value in Kanban Systems Design (KMP-I), is a two-day training course for those designing and implementing Kanban in their organization. This course, combined with course 3652, qualifies for the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) Certificate.

  • Course 3652, Kanban Management Professional (KMP-II), is a two-day training course that deepens the knowledge and skills used in managing the rollout and operation of Kanban systems in a multi-teamed enterprise. This course, combined with course 3651, qualifies for the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) Certificate.

You Will Learn How To

  • Design a Kanban system using Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban (STATIK)
