Learn the importance of carefully analyzing, creating, and communicating a successful business case in order to maximize its chance for approval. In this business analysis training course, you gain the skills to define desired outcomes, design evaluation criteria, weigh costs against benefits, and communicate a comprehensive business case to improve decision making.

It is proven that performing tasks – “learning by doing” – is more effective than lectures in transferring skills. In this course you will participate in a two-day simulation, creating a real outline business case from start to finish. Supported by video, games, and using collaborative software you will build a business case presentation up to and including delivery, with your instructor acting as your consultant.
