What is this course about?

This course provides the essential knowledge required to manage Microsoft's IIS 7.5 enterprise Web server. What are the differences between IIS 6 and IIS 7.5?

IIS has been rebuilt from the ground up. The most obvious difference is that IIS is now a componentized architecture with a completely new interface. You can select the features that you need for your organisation, and only these features are installed. Configuration is done using text files and the responsibility for these can easily be delegated and managed.

My company is still using Windows Server 2003. Should I take this course?
