How Learning Tree Coaching Works
Learning Tree Coaching is conducted in person by an expert instructor at your workplace. You set the agenda and your Coach provides support and guidance to your staff as they work to achieve your organisation's project goals and objectives. More importantly, your staff will gain the kind of first-hand experience and confidence that come from actually doing the work in their own environment. This process reinforces and maximises your training investment, and is ultimately better for your staff's professional development and for your organisation's long-term capabilities.

Planning and Customising Your Coaching
The amount of time required for Coaching is largely dependent on the demands of the project and typically takes 1 to 5 working days, done either consecutively or over a period of time.

Before initiating your Coaching programme, our Corporate Sales Team and Learning Tree Coach will discuss your requirements with you and document your objectives. The Coaching will then be tailored to your specific needs and deliverables. Learning Tree Coaching is available to anyone on your staff, whether or not they have attended a Learning Tree course. However, it cannot replace the classroom experience and is not a work-based teaching session. Your Coach will work with your employees and your organisation to tackle real projects and tasks to deliver the results you need, better and faster.

How to Book Your Coaching
Learning Tree Coaching can be booked through our Corporate Sales Team.
