You learn how to determine business benefits and project feasibility, align your projects with organisational strategy and evaluate project progress using Earned Value Management (EVM). You also take away productivity tools and templates for use back at work.

You gain the skills to apply the method and experience the results from this internationally used approach. You also learn to balance the project plan, benefits and risks, control unexpected elements and project issues as they arise, and conclude projects in a manner that ensures visible success.
