In this course, you gain the foundational knowledge of the role and function of the business analyst. You learn to apply a solid business analysis framework, evaluate and prioritise the feasibility of business initiatives, develop a business case to support the defined project, and plan and manage a detailed requirements development process using best practices.

(Course 315 - 4 days)
In this course, you participate in an immersive, simulated case study, providing you with the practical skills necessary to write well-formed and validated user requirements. You learn how to organise and sequence requirements into a user requirements document, prepare a plan for completing a user requirements project, and analyse requirements with a process mapping methodology.
 
User and System Requirements for Successful Software Development
(Course 218 - 4 days)
This course provides the necessary skills to capture software requirements using clearly defined processes. You are immersed in a user requirements environment, providing you with the practical experience to apply use cases to software development initiatives, model user interfaces using mock-ups and rapid prototypes, and develop a requirements data model.
 
Business Process Re-engineering for Competitive Advantage
(Course 381 - 4 days)
In this course, you gain the critical knowledge and skills needed to implement business process re-engineering (BPR) within your organisation. This course provides a use case-driven approach using proven tools and techniques for re-engineering key elements of your business. You learn how to capitalise on technology opportunities and the application of UML tools, and how to redesign workflow and structure within the business.
